REVISONS
I'm all in on perfecting your designs. But, keep in mind that my revision policy only applies to minor changes. Also, my work is done in stages, so once a stage gets the green light, we can't backtrack.
Brand Identity
I'm happy to offer up to three revisions for brand identity services at no extra cost to you. However, if you need additional edits, a fee of $25+ will be charged per revision. To move along with the next round of revisions, payment must be made in advance.
Branding Assets
I'm happy to offer up to three revisions for branding assets services such as logos, business cards, loyalty cards, brochures and receipts at no additional cost. If you need any additional edits a fee of $15+ will be charged per revision. To move along with the next round of revisions, payment must be made in advance.
Web Design
I'm happy to offer up to three revisions per page for web design services at no additional cost. If you need any additional edits a fee of $45+ will be charged for every three additional edits. To move along with the next round of revisions, payment must be made in advance.
Social Media
I'm happy to offer up to three revisions for social media services such as flyers or instagram highlight covers at no additional cost.If you need any additional edits a fee of $15+ will be charged per revision. To move along with the next round of revisions, payment must be made in advance.
REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Dessie Creative Studios are non-refundable, unless we both agree to it. Make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions before submitting payment. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me, and I'll be more than happy to help!
