How Often Can I Expect Updates: Every time a new file is uploaded to the client portal, you will receive an email notification.

Once a file is uploaded to the client portal, you will have a 72-hour window to review and provide feedback on the upload. This feedback may consist of either approval or a revision.

Revisions: Revisions involve minor adjustments such as element placement, font changes (unless custom or fully animated), and slight color modifications. These revisions focus on small design tweaks and do not include a complete overhaul, new concepts, or changes requiring additional research.

Three complimentary revisions are included. Any alterations beyond the three complimentary revisions may result in revision fees. If more than three revisions are necessary, a fee of $15 or more per revision will be applied. This fee must be paid before any further revisions are initiated using the provided link.

Timeline and Deadlines: In the portal, there are boxes arranged from left to right. By clicking on each box, you can view the files I've uploaded to your client portal. Once a task is finished, the box will change to white. To keep track of when the next task is due, simply look above the boxes and find where it says “Due Date”. This date will automatically update every time a new file is uploaded to the client portal, ensuring you are always aware of upcoming deadlines.

Support and Maintenance: After the project wraps up, you will receive a “Good-Bye Packet” from me. It will include a table of contents, instructions for leaving a review, information about your files, resources, extra services, and ways to keep in touch with me.
